Pizzeria Delfino’s is an Italian-inspired restaurant located in the Sidlakan Wing of Bluewater Maribago. This beachfront restaurant specializes in authentic brick oven favorites, including signature pizzas and pasta dishes. Guests can also enjoy a selection of fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, decadent desserts, and a variety of refreshing beverages with views of the many adventures taking place in Hilutungan Channel.

The restaurant has a capacity of 80 persons and can be reserved for private gatherings and events.

Gorgonzola Cheese Fettucine — A treat of al dente fettucine pasta enveloped in a velvety sauce made of creamy Gorgonzola cheese.

Roasted Salmon — A salmon fillet baked to perfection, adorned with delicate lemon butter caper sauce served alongside a vibrant medley of seasonal vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes.
